“Dean and I had been together for 6 years and I had completely given up on the idea of Dean ever proposing.
Last Christmas we took a trip up to visit family in South West Rocks and headed Nambucca to camp for a few nights. On the first night we went for dinner at Matilda’s then took a walk along the boardwalk and ended up at the beach. I was taking some photos of our puppy running along the beach and turned around to Dean down on one knee and a ring in his hand.
Of course it was a yes and a year later we got married in front of our family and friends at Spicers Guesthouse in Pokolbin, the day was perfect.”
